Hi guys! Today's guest post is from Traci of Newsie Nail Novice! Traci has awesome taste in nail polish, and also does some incredible nail art, so be sure to check out her blog! I'll leave it up to her to tell you about this manicure. :)
Hi everyone, I'm so excited to be blogging for Cait from Polish Hound today. I am so in awe of the quality of her blog and her photography and swatches are always stunning.
I thought I should begin by sharing a little about myself. I am Traci from Newsie Nail Novice. In my day job I am a journalist for a small local newspaper and when I'm not working I love doing my nails. I really love holo polishes and doing all sorts of fun nail art on top!
For this guest post I thought it would be cool to share a manicure I'd been meaning to do for some while. It is a manicure with a newsprint stamp!
I began by using A-England Galahad which is this beautiful dusty teal creme polish. This polish was amazing and could almost be a one-coater. This is the first time I used it and I was very impressed. I know it's not a holo (my normal MO), but it is a gorgeous teal creme.
I used Wet n' Wild Fast Dry Ebony Hates Chris (one of my favorite blacks to stamp with) to stamp with Messy Mansion MM24 plate. MM24 is a gorgeous writer themed stamp, this was also my first go at using it!
I hope you liked my nail art for today! I admit my photos aren't near as stunning as what I'm sure you are used to on this blog – but I hope you like it anyway. You can find me online at http://tracihatling.blogspot.com and for previews and extra photos, you can find me on Instagram!
Thanks for having me today Cait! It was an honor guest blogging for you!
